Step 1
              Wristband               
- Place the watch screen-down so that its back cover is showing.
- Use your nail to push the small silver ball bearing on the right side downward.
- If your nails aren’t sharp enough, you can use a sharp pointed object such as a toothpick or pen.
- While the ball is pressed down, pull the wristband outwards until the strap is disconnected from the main frame.
- For reassembly, hold the ball down and then wedge each pin on the wristband into the pin holes of the main frame.
- Follow the same steps for the ball on the left side, except this time push the ball upwards and then pull outwards.
Place the watch screen-down so that its back cover is showing.
